2023 - Update 14:

Harristown's EV4 is seen operating Route 27B on Ardlea Road on the 17th April 2023 (click on photo for larger version).

Ardlea Road in Artane is a long-used destination display on Dublin's buses, from my long-gone favorite Route 20B and now on the 14. Yet, neither the 20B nor the 14 have actually ever terminated on Ardlea Road, instead terminating on Maryfield Drive off Ardlea Road, and serve only a short section of the road in one direction only. If Ardlea Road is your destination, then the 27B is the bus of choice, serving the entire length, and also having quite an interesting allocation Monday-Friday, being single-door, primarily VGs but helped out with old Ringsend EVs, as per EV4 above, or AXs. Unfortunately Harristown keep their interesting, older, buses locked away for the weekend and the 27B is then GT and SG operated.

Donnybrook's SG42 is seen at the Maryfield Drive terminus of Route 14 with the Ardlea Road destination display on the 22nd April 2023 (click on photo for larger version).
