2024 - Update 16:


Conyngham Road's recently received PA62 is seen operated the G1 on Custom House Quay on the 15th June 2024 (click on photo for larger version).

There are now nearly 70 EWs in service across Summerhill and Phibsboro both garages have freed up buses for transfer to other garages, albeit at a much slower rate than the EWs enter service. With SGs moving to Go-Ahead for the operation of the N2, some PAs have moved to other depots to replace them. The following depots have received PAs:

  • Ringsend: PA52 (ex Phibsboro), PA60, PA63 (ex Summerhill)
  • Donnybrook: PA53-55 (ex Phibsboro), PA61 (ex Summerhill). SG196 and SG197 was also received from Summerhill.
  • Harristown: PA59, PA68 (ex Summerhill)
  • Conyngham Road: PA62, PA64 (ex Summerhill)


Harristown's recently received PA59 is seen operating Route 4 on Merrion Square North on the 15th June 2024 (click on photo for larger version).

This allowed the following buses to be withdrawn for transfer to Go Ahead:

  • Conyngham Road: SG428-429
  • Donnybrook: SG386, SG480
  • Ringsend: SG432, SG434, SG437
  • Summerhill: SG444-446
