Little did I think at the start of the year that my last photo of the year would be an AV, well at least in regular service as opposed to tours or driver training. And yet it was, AV429 on the 41C. With more SGs on order than would be required to fully replace the AVs, they should be gone a few months now. But with Wright Bus going into administration, and the SG deliveries stopping at SG606, there are still 5 AVs in service (AV420, AV425, AV426, AV427, AV429). I'll have to make sure I get a photo of one of them in 2020. Dublin City was nicely lit with Christmas lights this year. So a few photos of buses with these lights was in order. Wishing all readers a great new year.

Donnybrook's SG119 is seen outside Trinity College Dublin operating Route 15 on the 30th December 2019. The funny light streaks in the sky are not over exposures, but instead a test of the light show on Custom House Quay to celebrate the new year (click on photo for larger version).
